Every time Thanksgiving rolls around, it’s easy to get caught up in retail sales and promotions from Black Friday and Cyber Monday commercials. Thanksgiving is about showing gratitude to family and friends that we hold dear, and it’s important to remember to take in the little moments to appreciate all that we have been blessed with, whether it be large or small.
I hope that my Thanksgiving tablescape decor inspires you this holiday season as you gather with family and friends. I repurposed a lot of the ginger jars from my living room decor to create a chinoiserie themed blue and orange tablescape complete with orange and white pumpkins and white hydrangeas. You can catch a video recap of our Friendsgiving here if you want to see a little more behind-the-scenes of all the fun we had.
This season has been particularly meaningful as my grandmother has been in the hospital ICU for over two weeks and it’s more important than ever to be surrounded by loved ones as we cheer on and offer prayers for her recovery. It reminds me to reflect and be thankful for the love, strength, and style that I learned from her. This post is dedicated to her since she always loved having huge family meals together. As my family comes together to give thanks, I wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday season ahead as well!
