Dovetail Antiques
A lovely little antique store filled with some of the most darling finds, Dovetail Antiques is just as cute on the inside as it is on the outside. The owner, Sally, was a pure delight to meet and has a gift for hand curating a collection of housewares and furniture that will make any house feel like a home. VC for Men
A great place to stock up on stylish men’s wear, I was smitten when I walked through the doors of The Men’s Store at Victoria’s Closet. Down the drive from the sister women’s consignment store, I originally decided to pop in on behalf of the hubby to see if I could pick him up anything for fall, but I actually ended up finding the most perfect hunter green wool hat for myself. VC for Men carries a wide variety of fine men’s consignment that is great quality and it’s definitely worth popping by if you’re in the Highlands-Cashiers area.

MANtiques
Just as their slogan says, this quite possibly could be my new favorite boutique to stop in Cashiers. Mantiques has an eclectic collection of antiques, vintage sports collectibles, gifts, furniture, rustic home furnishings, and accessories. The name perfectly reflects the feeling of masculine charm as you walk through the old cabin doors to this rustic store tucked away in the woods.

Something Old / The Wormy Chestnut Antiques
If you love American Pickers, you’ll want to make a stop on Highway 64 East. It’s a little obscure without any fuss. In fact, when I asked the owner, Phil Monteith, for a business card, he pointed to a taped sign in the window featuring his name and phone number, 828-226-5704. You won’t find this place online and I don’t have the exact address, but the owner is authentically local and it’s right off the main road in Cashiers.
