A girls weekend away from our normal everyday life is such a blessing because we all know it can be tough to find time to break from a set schedule or sacrifice family time to get away. So while I love traveling with the hubby to places like Jekyll Island, Charleston or 30A; I was so excited to take a weekend road trip with two of my favorite Atlanta Bloggers, Eating With Erica and Kale Me Kelly, to visit Beaufort, SC!
I actually grew up visiting Beaufort all year long since my grandmother owned property on St. Helena Island, and we spent practically every summer exploring the low country with our family and friends. It was a natural fit to take Erica and Kelly to visit one of my favorite coastal towns when we decided to get away for the weekend.
If you’re looking for inspiration on things to do and places to eat, I hope you enjoy this video recap of our trip that shares a little bit of everything. And if you want the photo tour of Beaufort, you can check out the recap here. Feel free to ask any questions on what to see and do while you’re in town in the comments below! Happy traveling!
Thank you to the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce Tourism Division and Visitor’s Center for hosting us. While this trip was sponsored, all thoughts and opinions are 100% my own and completely authentic!
Wow! Your video is great, this really makes me look forward to a trip to the states. I liked the mini chat with the owner of the cafe. The video was short and “Peachfully Chic”.
Thanks!!! It was such a fun trip and the 10 Market owner had so much personality!
This is great! I am planning a trip to SC next year and this will be added to my list of places to visit and things-to-do.
Definitely, check Beaufort out! It’s filled with so much history and beautiful sites and often gets overlooked in my book!!! Enjoy your trip & happy planning! 🙂
Love the video! Planning a trip there soon, can’t wait to visit the cafe! You’ve introduced me to a new side of Beaufort!
Thanks Bonnie 🙂 You’ll have to make sure you stop and try those sweet tea floats… they are perfection! xo
